Buddy

Owner

Buddy started working for the John H. Coleman Company in 1992 and went on to buy the company from Mr. Coleman in 1995. He built the foundation for what the current company is today by running the sales team for nearly 25 years. Today, Buddy oversees the operations of the company and loves to spend time with his grandchildren, hunting, and playing with his black lab, Oak.

David Y

General Manager

David has been with the John H. Coleman Company since 2009 and in the HVAC industry for 20+ years. Prior to working for the John H. Coleman Company, he managed several large companies and has been managing for 30+ years. David worked as a tech for the company prior to becoming the General Manager. He enjoys motorcycling, boating, and spending time with his family and grandkids.

Chris

Sales Manager

Chris started with John H. Coleman Company when he was in college. He worked in the warehouse for 3 years before joining the sales team in 2017. In between those two jobs, Chris taught in the Knox County school system where he also coached basketball and baseball for 7 years. Chris spends most of his time with his wife and five kids, enjoys watching sports, playing golf and pickleball, and cheering on the Vols and Braves.

Brandon

Operations Manager

Brandon started in the industry with the John H. Coleman Company in 2010. He started as a helper in the install department before becoming a lead installer for several years. He is an expert in controls and IT. Today, Brandon plays a crucial role in keeping the John H. Coleman Companies software and tech needs up to date and running as well as managing the service team. Brandon enjoys gaming, streaming, cycling, and finding good deals at the flea market.

Donald

Install Manager

Donald brings almost two decades of experience to the John H. Coleman Company installation team. He joined the team in 2018 as a lead installer and was quickly moved to install manager in 2021. Don is excellent at overseeing our install teams and making sure that the design of jobs will deliver optimal comfort for our customers. When not working Don enjoys model building, shooting, studying genealogy, and working on cars.

David H

ColemanCare & CSR Manager

David has worked at the John H. Coleman Company since 2017. He started as an install helper before becoming a lead installer. Since then, David has moved into a front office role and oversees the ColemanCare and Customer Service teams. David is an extremely effective communicator and thrives off efficiency and getting things done! In his spare time, he loves flipping cars, spending time with his family, boating, and browsing flea markets.

Mike

Accounting Manager

Mike joined the John H. Coleman team in 2022. He has a background with over 10+ years of accounting experience and has worked with other service companies before being at the John H. Coleman Company. He is a wizard with an excel spreadsheet and loves working with excel programs. In his spare time he likes listening to podcasts, doing martial arts, and spending time with his family.

Sales Team:

Andy

Andy has been with Coleman since February of 2021. Andy has a fun infectious personality that all his customers and co-workers recognize. He is excellent working with customers and understanding their needs. When not working, he loves hanging out with his family, summer days at the lake, and watching football in the fall.

Walker

Walker joined the team in 2022 and has become a rising star. He brings past sales experience and marketing to our team. In his spare time, he enjoys rocking out to Zeppelin, eating fancy food with his wife, performing WWE moves on his trampoline, and playing keep away from his dog.

John

John is our service Supervisor that brings over 10+ years of experience to our team. He currently serves as a part the United States Army Reserve. He specializes in refrigeration, chillers, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment. In his spare time he enjoys farming and playing video games.

Jesse

Jesse started with John H. Coleman Company in the middle of 2022. Jesse has over a year and a half experience and is a rising star amongst our service techs. He brings experience in servicing all types of HVAC systems. In his spare time he enjoys riding motorcycles and hiking.

Josh

Josh has 17 years of HVAC service experience. He is excellent in pneumatic controls, refrigeration, and machine mechanics. Outside of work he enjoys knife building and photography.

James

James joined John H. Coleman in 2001 and has been one of our senior service techs most of that time. Last year he jumped over to install, brining 20 years of experience to the team.

Tom

Tom started with our company in 1998. He is one of our top lead installers and specializes in sheet metal fabrication and job planning. Tom also loves to do woodworking and spoiling his grandsons!

Simon

Simon has been apart of the HVAC industry for the last year. His knowledge and expertise is growing everyday. Simon loves being outdoors and enjoying life!

Tony joined our team at the start of 2021. Tonys is routinely praised by our customers over his thoroughness and attention to detail towards both our customers and their systems. He is one of our lead ColemanCare Tech trainers as well as operating as one of our call by call coordinators with other techs. Tony enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, off-shore fishing, and playing video and board games.

Charlie

Charlie joined the John H. Coleman Company at the start of 2022. He brings nearly 2 years of experience to our Coleman Care team. He is a very effective in communicating and educating our customers. He is currently service as one of our call by call coordinators with techs. He enjoys reading theology books, watching the Braves, and going to the park with his wife and child.

John

John is our electrical supervisor. He has over 3 decades of experience in both residential and commercial electrical service. He is excellent with troubleshooting and lighting. When not at work, he loves fishing and playing with is grandkids.

Nathan

Nathan boasts over 18 years of experience in electrical. Troubleshooting issues is his biggest area of expertise. When he's not working he likes fishing, camping, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Jeremy

Jeremy has over 6 years of experience in electrical doing everything from troubleshooting, remodeling to new construction. In his spare time, he loves being outdoors, golfing, and going on road trips.

Customer Service Team:

Dawn

Dawn is excellent with customer service and project management. You may be lucky enough to hear from her when you call into the John H. Coleman Company. In her spare time she loves cuddling kittens, watching TV, gardening, paper crafting, and reading.

Emma

Emma is one of the lovely voices that you hear answering the phones at the John H. Coleman Company. She is excellent and taking care of customers’ needs. When she is not busy working as the CSR team lead, she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and family.

Elaina

Elaina joined the John H. Coleman Company team in November of 2022. She brings a total of 10 years experience to our CSR team! Elaina enjoys singing karaoke, crocheting, and spending time with her daughter, family, and her cat that she loves to spoil.

Karlee

Karlee joined us in December of 2022. She brings 2 years of experience dispatching and working customer service with other HVAC companies in Florida. She currently serves as our Install and Sales Coordinator. She is great with attention to detail and an organization queen! In her spare time she enjoys pottery and ceramics, painting, finding great local restaurants, shopping, and taking college classes.

Nathan Pesch

Nathan has over 14 years of plumbing experience. He specializes in custom design installs, pipe fitting, water filtration, and working with modern plumbing systems that your home. In his spare time Nathan loves hiking, kayaking, the lake, traveling, and watching Alabama football and Indiana basketball!

Steve

Steve joined the Coleman team in October of 1995. He does everything from ordering parts, inventory, and even helping with computer software. Steve loves to go shoot sporting clays and walk his dog.

Aleena joined our team in 2017. She is a self-described administrative goddess! She helps operate a variety of things around our office from our Costco Partnership to Billing. She loves singing, fishing, hiking, crocheting, off-roading, spending time with her dogs.
